Roxane SOUR
2 Oz ROXANE Armagnac Blanche by CYRANO
1 Oz lime Juice
3/4 Oz sugar syrup
1/4 Oz Rose syrup
1 Egg white
1 slice of ginger
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Oz lime Juice
3/4 Oz sugar syrup
1/4 Oz Rose syrup
1 Egg white
1 slice of ginger
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Add syrups and ginger slice into the Shaker and muddle. Add lime juice, egg white and Roxane. Dry shake (no ice), add ice and shake. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass
Garnish with edible flowers
