1 3/4 Oz ROXANE Armagnac Blanche by CYRANO
1/4 Oz Campari
3/4 Oz lemon juice
4 to 5 raspberries
3/4 Oz sugar syrup
1 Egg white
1/4 Oz Campari
3/4 Oz lemon juice
4 to 5 raspberries
3/4 Oz sugar syrup
1 Egg white
Add syrup and raspberries into the Shaker and muddle. Add lemon juice, egg white, Campari and Roxane. Dry shake (no ice), add ice and shake. Strain into a chilled Collins glass over two ice cubes. Top with club soda
Garnish with orange peel
